Tune-up
To qualify for the tune-up rates posted all units must be in operating condition. If the equipment is not operating,
repair rates apply and this item becomes a regular repair.

Tune-up Express
This service has the option if selected to move the equipment to a
24 hour service turnaround Additional charge applies see our rate list.
The same requirements as for any tune-up apply.
Premium Service
Under this service we will preform all service needed to repair your equipment including all manufacture recommended maintenace plus parts. Under this plan many add on charges are included see our rate card. Any equipment serviced under this plan is covered for any additional service for the equipment season at no additional labor cost even if parts failed were not covered from a previous service you only pay for parts.
If you paid for pickup and delivery service with a repair under the premium plan this is also covered.

Gold or Platium Plans Labor Discounts
Equipment purchased from Brownsville Hardware under a Gold or Platinum plan is covered by a life of the equipment labor discount for all services. Check with our service department to see if you purchased this valuable coverage.
